The DS18B20 1-wire temperature sensor

The DS18B20 is a high precision temperature sensor using Maxim's 1-wire protocol. Again a driver is already available in the micro Python library making it easy to interface to the module.

As before I write a small hardware testing program stored in my driver directory

and only when I can read the temperature as expected I add the WiFi and MQTT code for Cayenne and save it into the cayenne directory
