---+ Le relais

Un [[https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relais_%C3%A9lectrom%C3%A9canique][relais]] et un appareil électro-mécanique qui permet de faire passer une tension ou un courant fort avec une information logique.

Le kit !WeMos contient un "relay shield" avec un tel dispositif. Le kit Freenove fourni un élément similaire.

Les pins du connecteur pour le circuit secondaire (circuit de puissance) sont les suivants :

Pin 1 est le pin de gauche. Pour connecter un appareil nécessitant un courant assez fort, par exemple le moteur DC, pin 1 est connecté a l'alimentation et pin 2 au moteur. En état de repos le circuit est ouvert. Avec un signal logique 1 le relais ferme et un courant à travers le moteur est enclenché.

Du point de vue programmation le relais se comporte comme une LED.
