---+ DC Motor ---++ NOTES Servo motors can be connected directly to an arduino .The servo motor is used because it is built in with a motor ,a feedback circuit and a motor drive .Servor motors are used because it has built in motor ,a feedback circuit and a motor drive . The wires that connect to the servo are the servo red wire (power wire) ,servo brown wire(ground pin)ground , servo yellow wire(PWM)signal wire . A potentiometer is is connected for the control position..The arduino reads the voltage on the middle pin of the potentiometre and adjust the position of the servo motor shaft. DC servo motor can also be used because it is reqired to drive the robot .It is easy to control the speed and directon of a DC motor quickly to control signal. It has two leads wires directly to a battery for the motor to rotate .If the leads are switched into will rotate in the opposite direction ---++ HOW TO CONNECT 1.The servo motor has a female connector with three pins. The darkest is connected to the ground that is the arduino GND. 2.Connect the power cable that in all standards should be red to 5V on the arduino 3.Connect the remaining line on the servo connector to a digital pin on the Arduino. [[DC motor report]] on what I did during the first 6 weeks of the project. -- %USERSIG{UliRaich - 2017-05-01}% ---++ Comments %COMMENT%
